Hi, I’m Shermaine, the founder of LovebyEmma.

My journey began at the age of 12 when I first started experiencing mild acne. I tried countless over-the-counter products, but the relief was always limited. By my late teens, my acne worsened to a moderate level, and I spent several years testing well-known skincare brands that only worked temporarily.

By my late 20s, my acne had progressed to severe chronic cystic acne. Over the next two decades, I visited more than 100 dermatologists and underwent multiple oral, topical, and injectable prescription treatments. Each provided only short-term results—nothing truly healed my skin.

In my mid-30s, after giving birth to my daughter Emma, my skin struggles intensified. Not only did my chronic acne persist, but I also developed sensitivities and was diagnosed with nearly every skincare condition imaginable. On top of that, I began experiencing extreme hair loss, a burning scalp, and painful sores on my legs and arms.

Feeling overwhelmed and desperate for a real solution, I decided to start over. I threw away everything in my skincare routine and committed myself to understanding what truly supports healthy skin.

Years of research, trial, and formulation led me to a simple truth: when you use only the highest-quality, purest ingredients sourced from around the world, the skin can finally start to repair and restore itself.

I began creating my own formulations, sharing samples with others struggling with similar issues. The positive results and heartfelt feedback were life-changing. Inspired by my daughter Emma—who motivated me to help others feel confident and beautiful—LovebyEmma was born.

Today, LovebyEmma stands for purity, honesty, and results-driven skincare created from real experience and deep compassion. My mission is to help others find the relief, confidence, and healing that I searched for nearly my whole life.
