Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your orders, but we understand that issues can sometimes occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
• Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• How to Report: Please email us at lovebyemmaskin@gmail.com with the following information:

1.2 A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
1.3 A photo of the shipping box and packaging
• Our Promise: Once we verify the issue, we will gladly send you a replacement for the affected item(s) at no additional cost to you.
General Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our handmade skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
We cannot accept returns simply because you do not like the scent, texture, or for a change of mind. All sales of used or opened products are final. This policy ensures the safety, purity, and integrity of the products for all our customers.
